Antique Singing Bowl Set tuned C scale, Small 4.5-5.25 inch
Size: 4.5"-5.25"
Age : 18-19th century
Music Note : C-C
A beautiful antique singing bowl set, hand selected by curator Joseph Feinstein, tuned to the C major scale with the gorgeous, shimmering tone of thinner antiques. Each is a high quality late period antique from the 18th-19th century. Like all Joseph's bowls, each is a real antique with a beautiful, in-tune voice and excellent feeling vibration. Sizes range from 4.5" to 5.25" diameter. Only the largest C bowl is over 5". The tones go C, D, E, F, G, A, B, C. Like all singing bowls, they are not specifically tuned to 440, 442 or any standard tuning. If you plan to play them with other instruments, be sure to listen to the recording and make sure you like how they harmonize with your other instruments (or voice). They were hand matched by Joseph and sound harmonious individually and as a set. For sound healing, this is a very good starter set or for any practitioner wanting a set of small bowls with excellent vibrations. While small sizes are limited in how much they vibrate, the thinner shapes give this type of bowl a more shimmering, gong-like tone and also a stronger physical vibration you can really feel.
